THE SOUTH AMERICAN NATIONS CUP 2011, COPA AMERICA 2011

!On the Revolution of Ideas!

The South American Nations cup begins on July 1st 2011. The first match will be between Argentina and Bolivia. This match will take place at 9:45 pm, in Buenos Aires Argentina. Argentina is the host country and one of the favorites to win this tournament. Argentina is the head of group A with Colombia, Costa Rica and Bolivia. As usual Brazil is one of the favorites too, and it is the head of group B along with Venezuela, Ecuador and Paraguay. Group C includes Chile, Peru, Uruguay and Mexico. Group C has very good teams and will be one of the most difficult groups in this tournament.

Argentina and Brazil have stars that will make this tournament an interesting one and we hope that teams like Colombia, Mexico and Chile step up to make it an exciting nation’s cup. It’s difficult to predict who will win the tournament, but it’s clear that with all the stars that play in these teams, the tournament will be very interesting to follow and will prove again why South America has some of the best players in the world.

Colombia has a team with good players, and if well directed, they can be a team hard to beat in this nation’s cup. Chile is another team that has a lot stars, and will be an important team. Mexico has a new coach, but nevertheless Mexico always comes to the South American nation’s cup to have a starring role and I’m sure this cup won’t be the exception.

One game that will have many waiting for it is the game between Colombia and Argentina, on July 6th 2011 at 9:45 pm. This game is a derby that many South Americans expect to see. Although Argentina has won more tournaments than Colombia, the rivalry between the two is strong especially after Colombia won 5-0 in 1993. So this game is a must watch.

Definitely the tournament will become more exciting as we move into the quarter finals. So for now , all we can do is wait for the beginning of this tournament and hope that the best team wins. We also hope that every team involved plays with fair play so no unwanted plays are seen on the field.

Finally let’s sit back and relax, let’s enjoy this tournament and May the best team wins. Remember it begins July 1st with Bolivia VS Argentina.
